the proposal for the Schloss/Palast site includes a new cultural pavilion featuring enclosed,semi-enclosed and open air spaces. the pavilion would be built of existing materials from the demolished palast and the historic schloss. an urban room would be created by maintaining the height of the proposed building to match the adjacent structures

the pavilion footprint will match that of the predecessor palast. the canopy is rotated in the orientation of the schloss. the enclosed area serves as a convention centre, with a 1.5 acre of festivities area. the road is re-configured to travel around the site in order to create the urban room
